The Problem

> You want to organize your own playlists for iTunes based on folders that you make yourself.
> You download a lot of podcasts, mixes, and other miscellany that is best put into your own categorization.
> You are frequently making changes or downloading new music files.

A Solution

> iTunesBUILDER will recursively go through a folder you point it to and create playlists based on folder names with all music within that folder.
> iTunesBUILDER is recursive, it will visit every folder below your starting point, making playlists.
> iTunesBUILDER does not touch any playlists it didn't create. If you've been using iTunes and organized things previously, it will remain intact.
> iTunesBUILDER can kill dead entries in your playlists if you change things around a lot.

How it works

1. Enter the folder path you'd like to create playlists from OR...
2. Use the "..." button to pick a folder if you don't want to type the path.
3. BUILD will create playlists based on the folder structure.
4. If you already mapped a folder, you can use the SYNC to rebuild the structure of a folder.
5. To get rid of playlists made by iTunesBUILDER. Any other iTunes playlists are left alone.
6. If you'd just like to go through all your iTunes playlists getting rid of dead tracks. A dead track has a playlist entry when the file doesn't exist.
